Of Health and 111th Precinct Councilmember Paul Vallone and other professionals as well as a Naloxone (NARCAN) training and Certification for all who want to participate. With the overwhelming rise in opioid deaths in Northeastern Queens, this is an attempt to address and combat the epidemic.
